When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
Can I customise my box?
We love that you want to make it your own! At the moment, our kits come as curated sets, but we're always working on new ways to give you more choice. Keep an eye on our updates for any customisation options coming soon.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every product you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged. Please reach out to us at sales@soomskincare.co.uk and we'll do our best to make it right.
